Delivering the National Clinical Strategy and NICE Quality Standards

This one day conference will be chaired by Professor Martyn Partridge Professor of Respiratory Medicine Imperial College London and will open with an important update fromProfessor Sue Hill Joint National Clinical Lead for Respiratory Programme The NationalClinical Strategy for COPD who will discuss the National Clinical Strategy for COPD andmoving forward. This will include piloting implementation post consultation. Dr Gillian Leng Chair The Quality Standards Programme Board and Chief Operating Officer NHS Evidenceand Deputy Chief Executive NICE will follow to explain how the new NICE Quality Standardsfor COPD, due for release in December 2010, are being developed.
