SEVENTH NATIONAL CONFERENCE

Chaired by Dr Nick Bishop Senior Medical Advisor The Care Quality Commission, this seventh national one day conference focuses on measuring, monitoring and Improving Clinical, Patient and Health Outcomes. The Chairman will open the conference with a presentation on the changing focus from process targets and measuring inputs to a consistent, rigorous focus on results for Patient and Health outcomes of the highest standard, monitoring performance, the role of the Care Quality Commission in monitoring and improving outcomes, and looking towards outcomes over health and social care across the whole patient journey.
